I’ve always believed that everyone deserves a space where they can feel safe, supported, and truly heard. My passion for helping others began early in life, and over time, it grew into a deep commitment to walking alongside people as they navigate life’s challenges-both big and small.
I work with children, adolescents, and adults, supporting individuals through experiences such as anxiety, depression, emotional overwhelm, life transitions, relationship challenges, and self-esteem concerns. I understand that reaching out for help can feel difficult, and I strive to create a warm, welcoming environment where clients can show up exactly as they are-without fear of judgment.
My approach to therapy is compassionate, collaborative, and tailored to each person’s unique needs. I integrate evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), person-centered therapy, mindfulness, and play-based techniques for children. Whether we are building coping skills, exploring patterns, or simply making space for your story, I aim to help you feel empowered, understood, and supported every step of the way.
I believe that healing happens through connection, and that even in the most challenging moments, growth and change are possible. Together, we will work toward helping you feel more grounded, confident, and aligned with the life you want to live.
